This collection of 33 new and original poems is inspired by the Jiddu Krishnamurti quote, "...patience is timeless, impatience is full of time." These poems are essentially reflections arising from the edge of sea and sand. From many hours spent looking out across the ebb and flow of ocean waves, it's easy to see why water has come to symbolize the depth of human emotions as well as the timeless quality of patience. And as "softness" of water eventually erodes even the hardest rock, may these humble reflections gently erode the stone walls of the ego which seek to "protect" every human heart.
