Since Heraclitus first suggested change as the ultimate metaphysics for all things in the world, it has been a proposition in question, developed by some into monstrous complexities and reduced by others to nothing. This book is an attempt to understand it in juxtaposition with eternity, its relation to space and time and choice. Anything can change, except necessity. All ideas are necessary and chosen and change with the choosing into something they are not. It is an enigma that begs for exploration, such as found in these pages.
