Vol. 7 of my new series, "PTSD Coping Skills using poetry and short stories," is a new release of Vol. 17 Snake Riddles Poetry. Just like my other books, it's how I deal with my Acute PTSD on a daily basis. Writing helps me face my demons and control them instead of them controlling me. I have been doing this since 2004, when I retired from the Army. I hope by someone else reading my work, they can also face their demons in the same manner, and regain control over their lives. Also, if you have a loved one or a friend with PTSD, it may help you by knowing what might be going through their minds when they are having a PTSD episode, which we are prone to have.
