I initially wrote this book to show my family who stood by me during my low times. I wanted to give them some tools I used to help me deal with my struggles. This started as more of a diary that I later decided may give others a tool to deal with their own challenges. I’m far from a Les Brown or Tony Robbins but I think I have something to offer to those that may want to hear from a guy that went through a divorce and how I used it to evolve. “ When we succeed we party, when we fail we ponder pondering is the key to self- improvement. “
