ABOUT the AUTHOR
The author, Patrick Cunniff, has several decades of experience in selecting, interviewing and hiring local staff for engineering, administration and other functions, in many countries of the world, for a prominent multinational, and followed this by setting up his own hugely successful international recruitment company in the health and hospitality sectors.
Now settled in Thailand, Patrick is frequently consulted by people in Thailand and from overseas, who are seriously seeking to advance their careers through a change of employer. These include raw young undergraduates, experienced engineers, scientists, and directors of major global companies.
These experiences have led him to write this book, in the belief that many more people will benefit from his unique and deep knowledge of the entire recruitment process.
