This is the first picture book biography of the great boxing legend George Foreman. It takes readers from his birthplace of Marshall, Texas, through a tough childhood in Houston to a second chance with the Job Corps. Then the discovery of boxing, which leads George first to an Olympic gold medal to him winning the Heavyweight Championship of the world. After losing the title, George finds religion, becomes a pastor, before returning to boxing and winning the same title he had lost. If anything can be learned from this story, it is two things: one, you're never too old to pursue a dream; and two, if you believe you can do something, you can!
