This book is designed to help you understand the reasons why God introduced the weapon of fasting to us. It has been birthed through personal experiences and the experiences of other believers who I have had the priviledge of meeting and helping in the ministry that God has entrusted to me. I have painfully observed Christians fasting eagerly with the expectations that their suffering will end only to experience frustrations and discouragement thereafter. Having gone through the same experience for several years, I believe I‘m acting in obedience to the voice of God by writing this book, to share with you what God has taught me over the years. More often than not, we do not need a physical deliverance but the right knowledge. The WORD of God is clear that the righteous are delivered through knowledge. Knowledge itself is deliverance. That is why we should always be eager to receive the pure knowledge that comes from the WORD of God.

With his mouth the godless man destroys his neighbor, but through knowledge and superior discernment shall the righteous be delivered (Proverbs 11:9).
