Meanwhile the oppressed are forced to manage the psychological impacts of injustice as social media has changed the way we engage and connect. This change creates a space that surrounds the oppressed with constant images of discrimination. So much so that there is no reprieve from the pain and little opportunity or possibility to truly heal. Without healing, society is forced to deal with broken communities and the oppressed are left to deal with the rage and pain that is a constant throughout their journey.
