Moving 'Till Everlasting: Life journey of an emperor's descendant. From a homeless man to a son of God - Softcover

Inhaltsangabe

This is a memoir of a great-great-great grandson of Emperor Nguyen Phuoc Anh (Gia Long), who escaped communism during the last days of the Vietnam War, immigrated to the US in 1975 as a refugee and lived in the crime-ridden Tenderloin section of San Francisco until moving to Texas as a homeless man with his father. The generosity of the people he met and his determination to make a better life for himself and his future family turned him into an engineering executive at noteworthy Bay Area and Detroit automobile companies. After reaching the peak of his professional career, he continued to seek a higher meaning in his life and found Christianity to be the answer. The life of a Christian as a son of God and a follower of Jesus Christ brings joy even amid the suffering of this life when he is aware that everything is a grace and God is present with him in all situations. This book shares life experiences of a man living in an unorderly world but managed to find a way for temporal peace of mind and heart so that the readers, too, can find happiness in this life and life everlasting.
