A Jesus Way Forward integrates research and application to present an accessible model for Jesus Way followers to encourage community transformation as a non-coercive means to love both God and neighbors. This restorative spirituality is embodied as neighbors show hospitality, practice mutuality in dialogic scripture reading and contemplative prayer, and break bread together in homes--all defining characteristics of the Jesus Way over history.

Might we begin to embody the radical self-giving spirituality that Jesus taught and modeled in the Sermon on the Mount together as we open our homes and hospitable spaces for these new, local gatherings? Might we learn to love God more deeply by authentically living a more peaceful love ethic with our diverse neighbors?
