They were EMTs, firefighters, police officers, med-flight personnel, military personnel, nurses, doctors, respiratory therapists, and tow truck drivers. These helpers are always there for us, no matter what. They work hard every day to keep us safe and healthy. They are heroes in our eyes. And just like these helpers, we can also be helpers too. We can help our family and friends, we can help our community, we can be kind and compassionate.
