Dr Miltiadis D. Lytras is a visiting researcher at Effat University. Dr Lytras is a world-class expert in the fields of cognitive computing, information systems, technology-enabled innovation, social networks, computers in human behavior, and knowledge management. He is an expert in advanced computer science and management, editor, lecturer, and research consultant, with extensive experience in academia and the business sector in Europe and Asia. He served as the Editor in Chief of the International Journal in Semantic Web and Information Systems. Afnan Alkhaldi , the Acting Assistant Dean for the Arab Open University, is a distinguished academic and consultant with a profound impact on the development of Smart Cities and Information Systems. Her expertise is showcased through her significant role in consulting for Kuwait Economic Cities, particularly in the pioneering smart city project, Al-Hareer City. With a Ph.D. in operation and information management, she brings nearly a decade of experience to her field, emphasizing eGovernance and operational efficiencies. Andreea Claudia Serban is Professor at the Department of Economics and Economic Policies, Faculty of Economics and Business Communication and director of Doctoral School of Economics I, Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania. She holds a PhD in Economics from Bucharest University of Economic Studies and a post-PhD in Economics from Romanian Academy of Science. Her research activity consists in publication of 15 books and numerous economic studies in highly ranked journals and participation in many international conferences. She is Associate Editor for International Journal on Semantic Web and Information Systems (IJSWIS – WoS indexed journal) and Editor in Chief for Global Journal of Business, Economics and Management: Current Issues (journal indexed in many international databases). She also serves as reviewer for prestigious international journals and is involved in the editorial boards and scientific committees of numerous international conferences and academic publications. In addition to her academic work, she has extensive experience in quality assurance and accreditation in higher education, acting as expert, evaluator, and reviewer in accreditation and external evaluation processes across the European Union and beyond.
