Mushfiqur Rahman is a Lecturer of Business and Management at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, United Kingdom. After completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree, Dr. Rahman obtained an MBA degree and later another MSc degree in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations. He earned his PhD in Electronic Human Resources Management (e‐HRM) at Brunel Business School, Brunel University London. Afterward, he also successfully passed a program on academic writing and reading at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom. He has experience working in leadership positions in corporate fields for many years before venturing into academics. He has also worked on several projects, which has allowed him to become well‐experienced in preparing HR budgets and investments. His research areas are HRM, E‐HRM, and Leadership. Recently, he published articles in high‐ranked refereed journals, such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Production, Planning & Control and Journal of Business Ethics.
Afzal Sayed Munna is a Doctoral Researcher (PhD in Education) at the University of Bath, currently working as a Lecturer, Business Management at the University of Sunderland in London. I am also acting as a Programme & Module External Examiner at the University of Hertfordshire and London Metropolitan University. A Mentor, at the University of Westminster and a Qualified Assessor, IQA, Lead IQA and EQA. Afzal also serves as an independent education oversight consultant and an entrepreneur by profession. Afzal holds a Qualified Teacher Status (QTLS) and a Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE), a Fellow in the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), a Member of the Society for Education and Training (SET), the British Educational Research Association (BERA) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
