Dr. Mercia Selva Malar Justin has 33 plus years of teaching experience at higher education level, both at national and international Higher Education institutions. She currently serves as Associate Professor & Dean (External Programs) at Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship, Bangalore, India. She has taught at various colleges and business schools like, CMS College of Science and Commerce, SCMS-COCHIN, LEAD College of Management, ECMIT (Dubai) and Wollongong University (Dubai). She earned her doctoral degree in Commerce from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University based on the thesis titled, ‘Foreign exchange exposure and risk management in the hotel industry’. She has been part of the international research team on ‘Microfinance – Gender perspectives’ funded by DFID-DelPHE. She has authored three books viz. Foreign exchange exposure and risk management in the hotel industry, ‘Aspire to be a great teacher’, ‘A daughter’s tribute to a godly father’ and edited 3 books with IGI Global. She has published in national and international journals. She won the National Trailblazers Triumph Award for her book Aspire to be a great teacher in 2023. She is a PRIME Graduate of JCI University. She received the NFP Scholarship of Netherlands Government and completed her Diploma in Housing and Urban Development specializing in FDI and City Financing, from Erasmus University, Rotterdam. She is the recipient of the Jagadish Gandhi Silver Medal for General Proficiency of ISSR, Runner-up Outstanding New Jaycee of JCI-India, Distinguished Educator and Scholar Award of NFED. She is passionate about teaching Business Ethics, MSMEs, CSR, ESG and Impact Investing and Fintech. She is committed to the achievement of UN SDGs and women leadership across the globe. She has been teaching Business Ethics passionately over the past years and is a strong advocate of accountability, integrity and transparency across domains.
Revenio C. Jalagat, Jr. is presently employed in Al-Zahra College for Women in the Sultanate of Oman since 2013 and as Associate Professor in 2023. He had a total accumulated experience of 18 years in both the industry serving as Accountant, Chief Accountant, Finance Manager, and in the Academe as Lecturer, Assistant Professor and Dean in the Philippines. Dr. Jalagat was also a lecturer at Gulf College in Oman for almost two and a half years. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines and graduated Doctor of Management at Capitol University, Philippines. He has published research in internationally reputed journals, including Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals, and served as Reviewer and Editorial Member in various international journals.
Kumar Chandar is working as a Professor in School of Business & Management – CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore having 23 years in wide variety of technical, managerial, and teaching roles. He completed a PhD in the field of Artificial Neural Networks in Business Applications & PhD in Marketing Management & DSc in Computer Science (Computational Finance) under Madurai Kamaraj University. Currently he is pursuing a PhD in the area of Computational Cognitive Neuroscience in Business Applications from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has published and presented over 50 research papers (20 Scopus Indexed & 10 Web of Science Indexed) in International and National Journals in Computer Science and Management. He is an AIMA certified Accredited Management Teacher in the Area of Information Technology, SMFI certified Strategic Management Teacher and completed ITIL V3 Foundation-level certificate in Service Management. He is actively involved in various professional bodies like NHRD, CSI, ISTE, AIMA and ACS. His areas of interest include Business Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Strategic Management, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, Soft Computing
Perfecto G. Aquino,Jr. is currently a Resident Researcher cum Senior Lecturer at the Socio-Economics Research Institute and at the Faculty of Business Administration of Duy Tan University in Danang City, Vietnam. He teaches Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior and other Business Management related courses in the said higher education institution. Prior to his assignment in Vietnam, Dr. Aquino was an Assistant Professor and Head of the Business Department at the Emirates College for Management and Information Technology (ECMIT) and was a Visting Assistant Professor at the American University in the Emirates, United Arab Emirates. He was also an Assistant Professor at the Gulf College/Staffordshyre University in Oman and at AMA International University-Bahrain. He is a holder of Ph.D in Public Administration and Management at the Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas,Manila, Philippines.Dr. Aquino was awarded in 2019 a CBME Certificate of Professional Teaching by the Chartered Association of Business Schools in United Kingdom.He has published several papers in Scopus, Springer and IGI Global International Publishing, among others.
Dr. Karima Sayari is an Associate Professor in Managerial and Financial Sciences Department at Al Zahra College for Women. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international trade, a master’s degree in economics and international finance, and a PhD in Finance and Economic Sciences in 2012. Dr. Sayari has over 10 years of teaching experience and has published extensively in reputable international journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science and served as Reviewer and Editor in various international journals. Her research focuses on economics, finance, banking, and digital finance. She is an active peer reviewer in various academic journals.
