About the Author
Sarah Putland is a qualified teacher and started her career teaching across all age ranges from 3-7 years. Sarah took a special interest in Special Educational Needs and Early Years and combined both of these to open her own nursery setting in 2005.

Sarah owns a Curiosity Approach Accredited setting and is also the Ambassador for this learning approach across South and East Sussex. It was from both of these roles that Sarah discovered her passion for inspiring other practitioners and from this 'Sarah Putland Early Years Consultancy' was created. Sarah wants to be able to motivate Early Years Leaders and Managers, to support them in their roles and by doing so, develop the Early Years practise for all.
