Amy R. Rose grew up surrounded by the rolling hills and winding country roads of West Virginia, where storytelling was a cherished part of everyday life. From an early age, she dreamed of writing stories that would spark imagination and joy in young readers.Now, after a lifetime of collecting stories and inspiration, she's fulfilling that dream as a children's book author. Amy has been happily married to her husband, Ben, for over 30 years, and together they've built a life filled with love, laughter, and good stories.She still calls West Virginia home, where she lives with her husband, their son, Harrison, and a spirited dog named Cookie.
