A wellness check leads to a gruesome discovery in a middle-class neighborhood. Several bodies, including children, are found hanging in the basement of an elderly woman’s home. Meanwhile, the elderly woman’s body is discovered upstairs, decaying in her living room.
As police detectives look for clues, the mayor invites the FBI to help in on the case. As the identities of the victims are made, there are more questions on who the actual killer may be. Is there one killer or multiple, or is it the organization of serial killers known as the Agency.
The police, detectives, and the FBI must put egos aside and work together to solve the case. However, every step forward they take simultaneously puts their families and themselves at risk or in harms way.
Each of them must make a choice between right and wrong, challenging their morals on what’s more important; their life, the life of others, or letting the killer(s) get away. Regardless of the choice, they’re watching and already planning their next victim’s fate.
