Her career has included instructional coach, administrator, and teacher roles, providing her with a comprehensive perspective on education and leadership.Tracy has also been a key contributor to developing high-quality early childhood education. She has successfully started two preschools and a community child care center and played an integral role as a team member on the committee that rewrote preschool state standards.In addition to her educational accomplishments, Tracy has a lifelong passion for health and nutrition, which she seamlessly integrates into her professional and personal life. She strongly believes in the importance of well-being and encourages others to adopt practices that promote physical and mental health as part of a balanced lifestyle.
