A Christmas Cornucopia: A Selection of Festive Writings - Softcover

Inhaltsangabe

Welcome to A Christmas Cornucopia, the fourth anthology of our local writers and poets working together as the South of the River Collective. What does this time of year mean to you? Valuable time with loved ones? Being warm and cosy inside as snow gathers on the windowsill? Carol singers? Annoying relatives and the blaming of sprout-like odours on the dog? Maybe . . .

But if it also means curling up with the best of poetry and prose, from the beautifully crafted, warm-hearted and humorous side of Christmas to the cynical and horrific, then you’ve arrived at the right place. Season’s greetings!

This anthology is dedicated to the memory of our fellow writer and good friend Cathi, whose work appears under her pen name Fay Brown.
