Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

Miguel Ángel Ruiz Jaimes is a Professor and Researcher at the Universidad Politécnica del Estado de Morelos (UPEMOR), Mexico. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Systems Engineering and is a recognized member of the Mexican National System of Researchers (SNI Level I). Dr. Ruiz Jaimes has more than twenty years of experience in information technologies, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital governance. He has authored and co-authored multiple scientific articles and book chapters published by IGI Global, MDPI, and other international publishers. In addition, he serves as a peer reviewer and editorial board member for journals such as IJCoPI and BEEI. His current research focuses on AI ethics, cybersecurity in critical infrastructures, and emerging technologies applied to public sector innovation.

José Miguel Liceaga Ortiz De La Peña is an Engineer in Communications and Electronics from the Higher School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (ESIME) Culhuacán Unit of the IPN. Master of Science in Microelectronics Engineering from SEPI-ESIME UPC of the IPN. He is currently a student in the Doctorate in Advanced Sciences and Technologies (DCTA) program at the Polytechnic University of Pachuca (UPP). Full-time Research Professor at the Polytechnic University of Pachuca (UPP). Attached to the Department of Biomedical Engineering and previously to the Department of Telematics Engineering and Network and Telecommunications Engineering. He got the PRODEP Desirable Profile.
