The truth is, that achieving a great physique doesn't necessitate the use of steroids or muscle-enhancing drugs. Therefore, ignore those "so-called" personal trainers who are merely trying to peddle costly training sessions while their own diets seem questionable. Be cautious if a trainer's physique doesn't reflect regular workouts or the image of fitness magazine standards, remember, not all that glitters is gold. Moreover, a certificate on the wall or countless hours of personal training experience mean little if these "so-called" trainers propose to "design a program specifically for you," without having tested it themselves. We wouldn't ask a poor man for wealth advice, so be skeptical of those unable to substantiate their own assertions!
