Many lives were changed with the arrival of a new species of dinosaur with special talents! Despite his fascination with the world of dinosaurs, Thomas Black, a primary 6 pupil at the local primary school, never dreamed he would be having conversations with and befriending a dinosaur such as 'Cuthbert the Clothivore'. Thomas soon learned that Cuthbert's ability to speak was not his only talent! Thomas' mother, Catherine, a teacher at his school, never dreamed that this encounter would result in her leading approaches to learning and teaching within the school. The neighbours could not believe what was happening to their washing once it was hanging out to dry! A range of challenges culminates in Thomas attempting to present Cuthbert and his special talents to the pupils and teachers in the school hall. The whole community make radical adjustments as they come to terms with this special addition to their lives.
