Changing Constraints: A Guide to Help Minority Students Thrive in STEM is a research oriented novella focused on making STEM (Science, Technology, Education, Math) a better place for minorities to expand their knowledge and create a career. I have found that an overwhelming majority of minorities did not believe they could have a STEM career because of the challenges that come from being a minority. This is a culmination of personal experiences, research questions, as well as interviews with individuals`that have real life experiences with the lack of diversity in STEM.
