As a child, I used phrases like these to shield my pain and conceal verbal wounds that I did not realize I would carry with me into my adult life. I was a sensitive child (and now an extremely sensitive adult) so, while the saying goes broken bones will heal, words can leave lasting emotional scars that ache. Words are powerful, they can hurt or heal when you are cognizant of your intentional use. Especially when being used against someone who may lack the personal mental fortitude to not allow the impact to matter. That would be the heartless people because nothing hurts them. This book is my expression to release any hurt I may have carried from the actions of others. I call this a toolbook for the realignment of my light through a poetically healed heart.
