Marcus and Lukas are two young wizards invited to attend Amren's magical circus school over the summer. They learn much during their time at the circus and strengthen their bond as brothers. On their way home they are attacked and captured by a band of goblins and taken to the goblin city of Qrikkundrock to work in the mines. The boys must escape the mines and find a way back home. The journey turns out to be much longer then expected and they must forge new friendships and hone their skills in order to survive the challenges ahead...
