A book of 20 Short Stories set on and around the Isle of Wight, the small pretty Island situated just across The Solent from Portsmouth and Southampton.
The feel-good stories are largely but not exclusively romantic, and are about people who either live on or who are visiting the Isle of Wight. The first story is about a young woman who escapes to the Island after a row with her fiancé, the last story is about an older lady whose husband surprises her with a trip to the Island. A few of the stories involve sailing, with one of the stories set around the Internationally renowned Cowes Week Regatta, another is set around the famous Isle of Wight Pop Festivals.
