"Realistic and Safe" is not just a book about risks, but also a vision for sustainable training and mindful management of physical strain.

How Operations, Training, and Prevention Shape Mental and Physical Health

At a time when physical and mental health are increasingly at the forefront of public discussion, this book sheds light on one of the most dangerous yet often overlooked challenges of our time: the risks of repeated concussions and the frequently underestimated dangers of intensive physical training methods.

Based on extensive research and interviews with international experts in neuroscience, sports medicine, and operational training, this book opens up new perspectives.

What are the effects of repeated mild trauma on the brain? How can professionals such as law enforcement officers, military personnel, and elite athletes be protected proactively?

The book presents current studies and groundbreaking protective measures, offering innovative approaches for safe, sustainable, and effective training.

As a seasoned police trainer with extensive practical experience in operational training, I bring both the hands-on expertise and the solid scientific perspective necessary for this topic. With my background as an experienced police officer and instructor at one of the German Federal Police training centers, I understand the delicate balance between realistic preparation and safeguarding health. This book combines the best of theory and practice.
A must-read guide for anyone ready to take responsibility for their own health and that of their team.
