I write this book thinking of all leaders in higher education ecosystems, assigned or intrinsic. My hope is that its content, references, and recommendations inspire all of us to think and lead systemically, to further own our critical charge to scaffold and facilitate the preparation of the next generation of leaders, as well as to reassess the value and subsequently pursue the power of leveraging our collective intelligence for the enhancement of our decision-making and performance as institutions and the field of higher education.
