Erin Hayward's life was shattered after her fiancé unexpectedly dumped her. All she wants is to press the reset button and find a path back to something she can call normal. That changes when a small group of alien conspirators recruits Erin to help them protect Earth.

Several alien factions are scheming to control Earth's future. The most aggressive are the Xeryell, notorious for political manipulation, gene editing, and genocide. They have a sinister plan to bring Earth into their sphere of influence, and they don't care how many humans they have to kill to make it happen.

Erin and her new friends find themselves at the center of a winner-take-all conflict. Outgunned and outmatched, they must neutralize the Xeryell threat. If they fail, the Xeryell will turn humanity into genetically modified warriors who will happily live and die for their new masters.
