The next day another 100 million more deaths are threatened by Volcan, the Fuhrer and dictator of the breakaway peninsula of Kamchatka, if the additional 5 targeted countries of the threatened "3rd Strike" event do not concede victory to Volcan and send all of their military weaponry to Kamchatka within 30 days. The count down starts with a "Revelation Military Parade" in which all the world can see the 32 "un-decommissioned" nuclear weapons purchased secretly by Volcan from the nuclear-weaponized countries in the world that are eventually used in the double-twin ICBM attacks perpetrated by Volcan.
