The machine consists of electrode cutting section, stacking section and unloading section. The electrode cutting section integrates the function of incoming electrode roll unwinding, cathode electrode V-corner punching, electrode cutting, dimension inspection and defect inspection of both surfaces. NG electrode is discharged while good electrode flows into the stacking section. Here, the good cathode/anode electrode is distributed into three stacking stations. In conjunction with separator unwinding and Z-stacking, the electrode is stacked in to a stack. At the unloading section, after the stack is carried out with U-tape pasting, hi-pot test and QR code tape pasting, it will be unloaded to the stack platform automatically.
