Sometimes life is hard, sometimes it's not.

This little poetry book is filled with poems I wrote between 2018 and 2025, and cover a range of emotions, mental states and scenarios; they cover love and heartache, stress and growth, and even a little bit of politics. These are poems that were written both for myself and others, a few with or inspired by people I met and loved.

The ones written with me in mind were done so as I struggled with my mental health while living overseas during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The last few years have taught me that it's okay to not be okay, because life is hard and upsetting; we just have to remember it can also be joyful and freeing.

Life is tough but you're tougher.
