The Our Father for the Souls in Purgatory - Softcover

Inhaltsangabe

In his Summa Theologica, Saint Thomas Aquinas makes it very clear: the souls in Purgatory cannot help themselves, but they can be aided by the prayers of the living, especially the Mass and prayers directly connected to Christ. Since the fifteenth century, confraternities have formed to pray the Rosary and the Our Father for the deceased. This book is based on this traditional devotion, offering 30 prayers inspired by the Our Father to intercede for the souls in purgatory.

With spaces to write intentions, related biblical quotes, historical Catholic images, and a novena for the souls in Purgatory, this is a book that seeks to recover the spiritual depth and the hope found in the communion of saints.
