When the Mayor seeks an historic grant for the street, he calls on local historian Alden Everett to prove that at least ten gates were designed by the famous architect, Venerable Hart.

With time of the essence, the Mayor determines that Alden should work together with college history professor, Dr. Natalie Pinion.
