Dr. Manjari Sharma is an Associate Professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, with over 15 years in academia. Holding a Ph.D. in Economic Administration & Financial Management, an MBA in Finance & Marketing, and an M.Com., she is an expert in Financial Management, Investment Analysis, and Experiential Learning. Dr. Sharma has published 11 Scopus-indexed articles in reputed journals, contributing significantly to research in stock market volatility, consumer behavior, and sustainable finance. Her international academic experience spans three years at Maldives Business School and two years at Lincoln University, Malaysia, along with project work in Sri Lanka and Myanmar, enriching her global teaching perspective. Currently, as Coordinator of the Office of International Affairs, she leads global immersion programs, including recent initiatives in Texas, USA, and across India. Dr. Sharma's commitment to innovative pedagogy and experiential learning empowers students with practical, cross-cultural skills, preparing them to succeed in diverse global contexts.

Dr. Sharad Gupta is a seasoned educator and corporate trainer with over two decades of experience in academia, research, and professional development. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. focused on Blockchain-enabled Employee Life Cycle Frameworks at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), India. He holds an e-Diploma in CORe from Harvard Business School, along with advanced degrees in Education (M.Ed.), Commerce (M.Com.), and an MBA in Marketing and Finance. Dr. Gupta serves as an Assistant Professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, where he specializes in Human Resource Management, Leadership Development, and Corporate Strategy. He has held key administrative roles, including Convener of the Institution Innovation Council, fostering innovation and entrepreneurial growth. With international teaching experience in Malaysia and the Maldives, he has guided MBA, Ph.D., and Professional Doctorate students across culturally diverse environments. Dr. Gupta has co-authored several books, including Innovative Pedagogy: A Beginner's Guide to Modern Teaching Strategies and WealthWise: Lessons from India's Warren Buffett. His research contributions extend to journals and conferences, focusing on HR analytics, AI in education, and blockchain applications.
