Think of it as a heroine’s journey that happens inside the body, the psyche, and the unseen world. It becomes a metamorphosis with an esoteric, almost mythic lens. Here, we’ll rewrite the story of aging. And while broaching some of the physical, emotional, and mental concerns, with my own experiences, we’ll offer a short ritual, story, meditation or journaling practice in order to keep the spirit alive as well.
