How Full is Your Bucket? is a collection of poems and quotes. The title comes from the following description.

Consider the water haulers. One struggles past desperately trying, perhaps a little unsuccessfully, to balance a little water in a teaspoon. The next one, with intense interest, bears his cup of water faithfully along. A third carries a bucket of water, struggling with its weight. Along comes a fourth with a wheel barrow. “What are you doing?”
“Hauling water,” the driver smiles.
“It looks empty,” we comment, incredulously.
“Oh, there’s water in there, alright. I’ve got more than all the others combined.”
“It just covers the bottom!” our voice betrays our surprise.
Some of us ease through life, proud of our many abilities, doing a little here, a little there. Self looks so good next to the little ones around us.
It makes me wonder—how full is my bucket? What am I doing with what God has given me? Am I sitting on these thoughts, treasuring every morsel as if they were my own? or am I sharing them? How Full is Your Bucket? is a sample of what I have received. I’d like to share these things with you, and may this book prove a blessing to each one.
