ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Lic. Diego Martin Andriano

Is an Italo-Argentinian writer born on July 6, 1981. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Salta (Argentina) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Philosophy and Values.

From an early age he showed a deep vocation for art and reflection. He began writing his first poems at the age of 12, while at the same time developing a strong interest in philosophy, a discipline he studied independently for many years.

Throughout his life he has explored different artistic expressions. He studies singing, guitar, acting and painting, and also obtained a Chef Express diploma, reflecting his interest in creativity in many forms. He dedicates part of his time to the daily study of the Bible, as well as to reading and writing.

In his professional career he worked as an entrepreneur and later served as Chief of Staff of the Municipality of Tartagal, in northern Argentina.

His literary career began in 2018 with the publication of his first book, The First Step. He later published the short-story books Is It True? and Is It True? II, as well as the poetry collection Universe of My Verses, a work that gathers poems written throughout his life and includes philosophical reflections on each of them.

Together with the Argentine School of Writers (ALEA), he has also participated in three literary anthologies and two collaborative novels, sharing projects with writers from across Latin America.

Today he continues developing his literary work, exploring stories where human experience, spirituality, and the search for meaning in life intertwine.

He eventually left his business career in Argentina to dedicate himself fully to his two great passions: writing and Italy. He currently lives in Bari, in southern Italy, the capital of the region of Puglia, on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, where he says he has found his place in the world.
