They had often talked about Bardo and felt comfortable with the idea. Now she was dead and he was left behind. Would she still be there when he finally arrived? Would she be happy and free of pain, able to walk as before she got ill? He kept hoping and waiting for a sign that she was trying to get in touch. But so far after three month, there was nothing. Only silence even though he listened intently at times. He had also tried relaxing completely and hoping a message would sneak in while he was in what he hoped was a receptive state. Sometimes he doubted that there was such a place as Bardo, but only sometimes. He missed her like crazy and hoped she could feel and receive the messages he was constantly sending in her direction.
