Hunted in the Savannah - Softcover

Inhaltsangabe

When sixteen-year-old Michael is sent from Cape Town to a remote African wildlife farm, he expects three uncomfortable weeks. What he gets is a crash course in survival - and a fight for his life. When Anika's father exposes a brutal poaching operation worth millions, the men behind it strike back. Suddenly Michael and Anika are alone in the wilderness, hunted across hundreds of kilometres of savanna and Kalahari desert by ruthless men who can't afford witnesses. Their only hope is each other - and a mysterious Bushman tracker named Bamuthi, who knows this ancient land like his own heartbeat. Hunted in the Savannah is a story about courage under pressure, the knowledge that saves lives, and what happens when a city boy discovers that paying attention might be the most important skill in the world. For readers who believe the wild still has something to teach us.
