Everyone falls into a rut at some point in their life. When it happened to Terrick, it was filled with garden gnomes. Life for Terrick, apprentice priest of the Reid Temple, had become quite humdrum. Devoting his time to the upkeep of the temple lawn ornaments had its perks (it was the only duty the other priests durst let him do), but he felt his true calling lay in the career of adventuring. However, Terrick's wish has the potential of coming to fruition when a pilgrim residing at the temple takes a particular interest in him. The life to which Terrick had finally become accustomed is about to change for good, although not necessarily for the better; it all depends upon how much one enjoys painting garden gnomes. Terrick won't be going on this journey alone however. Two Priests from the temple, Quido and Tobias, will be keeping a close eye on him, as well as Housine, the temple ranger, and John, a hired bodyguard. Pilgrimage of the Guardian is a novel that will take the reader on a journey exploring the World of Tibasolite, its intricate societies, its ancient ruins, and its curious wildlife; and how everything is bound together by a strange kind of magical element (though not strange to the inhabitants; it is perfectly common-place for them).
