One year on from the America contract, Billy and Sandra are under pressure from governments, so Billy has to come up with another plan, he recalls the Colours by taking over their bank accounts, some are angry, but most are bored out of their skulls and ready for more action under a new leader Billy Boncour, or Mr. Grey as he is known in the colours. Mr. Thomas Bloodworth ( Mr. Black ) is dragged back into the field by his Whitehall mandarins and also by Mr. Grey, and it's now time for him to jump off the fence and decide whose side he is on, but that could mean death and he also could be red filed along with Mr. Grey and the rest of his old colour men.
