In this crime fiction packed with suspense, a relentless female Jewish sleuth hunts a killer targeting the transgender community—and time is running out.
When two brutal murders shake Beach City, Dora Ellison discovers a horrifying connection: both victims were transgender. As she and her partner Missy Winters dig deeper, they uncover a trail of hate-fueled violence—and realize they may be next.
Armed with her fierce sense of justice and sharpened by past trauma, Dora isn’t your typical investigator. She’s not interested in protocol—only in protecting the vulnerable and stopping the next killing. But with a killer wielding military-grade weapons and an agenda soaked in blood, this case pushes Dora further into danger than ever before.
A Biological Storm is a character-driven mystery that blends emotional depth, high-stakes suspense, and social relevance. With LGBTQ themes, a gripping plot, and a heroine who won’t stand down, this installment raises the bar for crime fiction that doesn’t flinch.
