Inhaltsangabe

SUN. SURF. BULLETS.

When a desperate old flame calls ex-cop Lincoln Monk for help, he and long-time partner Mich Lee are on the next plane from LAX to tropical Trinidad and Tobago.

Kelly’s beachside eatery has a killer view, the best on the island--but that's not the only killer. Local thugs are targeting her hard-earned business. Lincoln and Mich are happy to investigate while acting as Kelly's bodyguard, security, busboy—whatever she needs to stay safe.

An attack spirals into tragedy and draws a local business mogul into the fray. Why?
And what’s the connection with the island’s underbelly?

The chain reaction has begun—All bets are off!

Is Trinidad a sleepy, tropical paradise? At the moment, not by a long shot!

Like all ex-cops, Lincoln and Mich have skills. When a friend is threatened, it’s time to put those skills to the test and do what they do best---the Monk and Lee way!
