With my second book, I wrote a story that most people in games are too exhausted or too proud to tell. Or don't want to because it might hurt their career.

I'm exploring what it really feels like to pour years of your life into a project. To fight through chaos and heartbreak, and then watch everything unravel for reasons beyond your control. I am trying to give a validation to the emotional cost of making games.

Something that is often glossed over or conveniently ignored.

I am pointing at a system that only values passion if it benefits the project and as soon as it is over, pretends this passion never existed.

I am giving an honest account of loss, resilience, and the quiet pride of surviving.
