Where the Government needs to provide public notification, coordinate with the Government Project Manager and the Installation EV staff. Require the Contractor to provide copies of all regulatory notifications to the Government Project Manager and the Installation EV staff. Typically, regulatory notifications are provided for the following (this listing is not all inclusive): demolition, renovation, national pollutant discharge elimination system defined site work, or remediation of hazardous materials (such as asbestos, hazardous waste, and lead-based paint).
