The Counting Rule - Softcover

Inhaltsangabe

Lena came to her grandfather’s house for a simple reason.

Help clean it out.

Keep. Sell. Donate. Trash.

But Arthur has been acting strangely.

He forgets things he should remember. Remembers things that don’t make sense. And before anyone goes to bed, he insists on following one peculiar rule.

Nobody takes it seriously.

Until Lena breaks it.

The next morning, something is wrong.

Not obviously wrong.

Worse.

The kind of wrong that everyone else seems perfectly willing to accept.

And as Lena searches for an explanation, one question becomes impossible to ignore:

Why did Arthur never stop counting?
