Neither Pacifist nor Neutral. When the United States and Israel went to war with Iran in 2026, Europe’s governments said it was “not our war”. Writing as Iranian internationalists, Internationalist Voice follows Britain, France, Germany and Spain through the war – their bases, navies, arms, sanctions and “civilised” piracy – and concludes that no state is pacifist or neutral in an imperialist war: the proletariat is a class, not a nation.
