Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Dr. Sugumar Mariappanadar is a Discipline Leader - HRM and Management at the Peter Faber Business School at the Australian Catholic University. He is recognised internationally as an acclaimed researcher in developing sustainable HRM from ‘concept’ to a ‘field’ since 2003. He is a Fellow of the College of Organisational Psychology (APS) and a certified academic with AHRI. He has over 50 research publications, instrumental in reshaping international work health and safety standards like GRI-403 (2018) by the Global Reporting Initiative. He was the past Co-Editor-in-Chief, Australasian Journal of Organisational Psychology, published by the College of Organisational Psychology, APS (2015 – 2018). He has made direct contributions to introducing a full course on sustainable HRM in the management/HRM curriculum around the world (e.g., Australia, New Zealand, India, Belgium, Indonesia, Brazil, the Netherlands, the US, and the UK etc.,). The ingenious Management Analytics software he co-developed provides insightful management solutions, potentially translating into multi-million-dollar savings, underscoring his dedication to evidence-based strategies.
