Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Li Tieying is the former vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of China and former director of the State Commission for Economic Reform. Zhou Dongtao is the deputy dean of the graduate school of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
